At UGLY AF, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
